FIP-UN . International Congratulatory Letter

To / His Excellency Mr. Dr. Abdul Latif Rashid, Honorable President of the Republic of Iraq

With sincere feelings of sympathy and appreciation for your honor, the presidency of the American Free International Press Association FIP-UN, and all the citizens of the people of Iraq present you on the occasion of your election as president of the country and the success of the constitutional steps for the elections and the democratic vote for Parliament, and assigning Engineer Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani to complete the requirements for forming the government of Iraq.

We wish you success in healing the wounds and giving the people of Iraq a glimmer of hope to reach safety and correct the political, social, urban, security and living situation, and to continue down the path of consolidating democratic life and its institutions and consolidating security and stability towards achieving more successes for the land of Mesopotamia.
